Office Organization

If you’re new around here, we are tackling organization for the month of January! I’m giving you easy & quick wins in the organization department; hey, we could all use some of that this year right? Enjoy some tried & true items that I find super helpful in keeping our office nice & tidy, well most of the time: )

desk power strip

I have used this charging station for several years now. I love that I can attach it to the back of my desk so it doesn’t take up too much room and then all the cords stay behind my desk space when not in use. Of course, you need all the different types of plugs & this one has it. Great price too & won’t damage your desk once installed, total winner!

tower power strip

This is the mack daddy of the power strips! It has 8 AC outlets with 4 USB ports! If you have multiple computers, use your iPad & a computer, need more than one phone charging at once, this is YOUR answer! And it’s a space saver too, all for less than $30.

Dual monitor stand & riser

Speaking of needing to use 2 computers or monitors for work, this is a must-have for my work from home folks. It comes in black or a light wood & has some great features. You can adjust the width & the height of this stand. There are also built-in slots to hold your tablet, cell phone, manage your cables, it’s a great set up for sure.

wood desk organizer

I feel like every desk needs a good organizer. There are so many out there to choose from! I like this one because of the versatility. I love that there is a drawer for storage, space for writing utensils, paperclips, scissors, etc, plus room for files. We are notorious at our house for making piles on top of piles, so it’s nice to put these piles away into a folder & then go through the file later. Much less cluttered that way. Another idea-you can use a paper basket as well for that: )

Ergonomic Laptop stand

Are you in need of a stand up desk but the price point makes you go, nope! Those suckers are expensive so I found a great alternative! It fits laptops up to 17 inches too.

Custom 2022 planner

Now you may be surprised that I am still old school & use a paper planner & calendar. I like this one that lets you customize the front, the words & the font. Have fun making it your own!

2022 monthly & weekly planner

Speaking of using paper, I also write my daily to-do lists in a planner too. This is my top pick for a planner because it has a monthly view with goals, tasks, inspiration for the month AND a weekly view where I can write my daily tasks down. Added bonus-there are some fun stickers too!

Hopefully my office organization ideas help your office feel calmer whether you’re working from home or in the office. Let me know if you need any other office ideas & I’d love to see pictures of any of your transformations!

Cheers
